What You'll Do:

As for Follow-Up Cold Caller, you will spend 2-3 days a week making outbound calls to clients, ensuring their questions are answered and needs are met. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, staying focused, and maintaining professionalism while wearing a headset. Your role will also include keeping detailed call records and ensuring consistent, clear communication with clients.
