This is an in office position. We've built this role for someone who wants flexible part-time work in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, while still having the opportunity to earn strong bonuses for great performance in addition to hourly wages. If you are personable, dependable, and comfortable talking on the phone, this could be a great fit. You do not need to be an aggressive salesperson. We're looking for someone who can confidently start conversations, follow a simple process, and help set meetings for our team. A positive attitude is a must. What you'll do: Make outbound calls to businesses Introduce our firm and the services we provide Identify interest and help schedule appointments Keep simple notes on calls and follow-ups Represent our company in a professional and friendly way This position is ideal for someone who wants steady part-time work without the intensity of hard sales that often comes with cold calling jobs. It offers flexibility with scheduling and time off, a calm and professional setting, and a competitive bonus structure that rewards success on top of hourly pay. 3 Shift options include:

EARLY:

6AM-9

AM MORNING:

9AM to 12PM or 10AM - 1PM

AFTERNOON

1PM-4PM or 2PM-5PM You will work 3 or 4 days a week (of your choosing). No weekends and no holidays. In person in Simi Valley, CA.
