Engage in courteous negotiation to address customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales effectively. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities seamlessly. Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies and promotional events. Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback to optimize future outreach efforts. Requirements Proven experience or interest in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environments, especially in technology or telecommunications sectors. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers confidently. Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data. Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—to clearly convey service benefits. Demonstrated ability in business development, inside sales, or technical sales roles is highly desirable. Customer service orientation combined with proactive marketing skills to enhance outreach success. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
