In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers — responding to internet leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting appointments that drive showroom traffic. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and phone inquiries Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in the CRM system Collaborate with sales managers to maximize opportunities and close more deals

Qualifications:

Prior BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive industry a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
