With the help of senior management, you will become fully knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales cycle process. The Fiber Internet Representative will concentrate on furthering the best practices in the areas of sales, lead generation, operations, and other crucial business functions! Key Responsibilities of a
Fiber Internet Representative:
Engage with customers directly to drive new sales for Quantum Fiber and ensure excellent customer service Build meaningful relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategy Participate in daily Fiber Internet Representative training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review customer satisfaction and target areas for improvement regarding their experience Collaborate with the Fiber Internet Representative team members to improve overall customer experience and sales strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, services, and brand benefits through daily meetings with the Fiber Internet Representative team Continue ongoing networking with other top Fiber Internet Representative and Managers that will help grow one's knowledge base What We Look for in a
Fiber Internet Representative:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively A proactive approach to ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner A competitive mindset with a desire to excel in sales and customer interactions Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively, depending on the client and the product offerings Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required Self-motivated with a drive to achieve both personal and professional goals A team-oriented mindset to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
