Job Description

As part of VM Sales Group, a Stamford sales and development firm, you'll join as an Customer Enrollment Representative dedicated to AT&T's wireless solutions. The Customer Enrollment Representative energizes sales conversations, explains the everyday value of smartphones and data plans, and ensures our customers see AT&T as the clear choice for connectivity. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, your training will be fast, fun, and designed to make you confident from day one. The Customer Enrollment Representative learns AT&T's smartphones and data plans inside out, then heads out to meet our customers in person. You'll also understand that great sales start with a great question, and each sales conversation makes you better at your craft. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative Visit our customers in person to discuss their mobile and connectivity needs, and present AT&T's smartphones and data plans as ideal solutions. Highlight the advantages of AT&T's offerings, like reliable home coverage and fast speeds, to demonstrate value and drive sales. Guide customers through AT&T data plans, helping them find options that support their connectivity needs and boost sales. Present the latest AT&T smartphones, highlighting features such as durability and ease of use to drive upgrades and sales. Address concerns about switching to AT&T with reassurance, turning hesitation into confidence, and closing the sale. Maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor, ensuring customers are comfortable exploring AT&T solutions. Qualities of an Customer Enrollment Representative Explores technology with curiosity, eager to share AT&T's latest devices and options. Maintains accuracy by keeping sales transactions and service records precise. Champions customer focus by prioritizing comfort and clarity in every interaction. Drives enthusiasm with determination to exceed daily smartphone and data plan goals.

$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
