Job Description

Join A&M Ventures, a sales and development firm in New London, as a Customer Connectivity Representative. You'll represent Frontier while helping customers navigate today's connected world. Through sales conversations, the Customer Connectivity Representative generates sales opportunities and helps customers find solutions that support browsing, streaming, entertainment, and everyday connectivity. As a Customer Connectivity Representative, you will be the sales expert who makes home connectivity fun again. In person, the Customer Connectivity Representative will help our customers discover why Frontier fiber beats competitors every time. Your role is to make connectivity feel less like a chore and more like an upgrade to everyday living while contributing to individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities of the Customer Connectivity Representative Connect in-person with customers to explore their Internet and TV preferences and introduce Frontier solutions that support their daily activities. Conduct sales conversations that create awareness of Frontier's connectivity and entertainment services while generating meaningful sales opportunities. Recommend Internet and TV packages based on customer needs, usage habits, and household requirements. Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process to ensure a positive, informative experience. Strengthen customer relationships through personalized service and consistent communication. Support sales objectives by helping customers select Frontier services that fit their connectivity and entertainment goals. Learn and apply sales techniques that improve customer engagement and overall sales performance. Work alongside fellow Customer Connectivity Representative team members to support outreach initiatives and sales growth. Qualifications of the Customer Connectivity Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Team collaboration to support campaign and sales goals. Enthusiasm to engage our customers with Frontier's connectivity solutions. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a sales-focused environment. Motivated to grow professionally as a Customer Connectivity Representative while contributing to team sales success.
