Job Description

At Momentum MGMT Analytics, Inc, we are expanding our telecommunications campaign and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Frontier Representative. In partnership with Frontier, we work directly with local communities to introduce customers to high-speed fiber internet, digital TV, and voice solutions. This Frontier Representative role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities. We believe strong brands are built through real connections. Our Frontier Representative will focus on trust, education, and personalized solutions that meet everyday household needs. Through hands-on training and structured development, we equip our Frontier Sales Associates with the tools needed to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment while supporting Frontier's continued expansion. Frontier Representative Responsibilities Engage directly with residential customers in assigned territories to present Frontier Fiber Internet, TV, and voice services Conduct in-person needs assessments to identify the best service solutions for each household Guide customers through product offerings and assist with completing the enrollment process Develop and manage assigned territories by identifying new customers and upgrading opportunities Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using a consultative sales approach Track daily activity, leads, and customer interactions using company systems for accurate reporting Frontier Representative Qualifications Interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated and driven by performance-based results Comfortable working independently and managing daily goals and schedules Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling customer questions Willingness to learn new products, systems, and sales strategies
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
