This is a structured, phone-based outbound sales role focused on helping small business owners access debt relief solutions. No prior debt relief experience is required. A script, leads, and training are provided. What matters most is that you are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, can follow a structured process, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. This role is a strong starting point for candidates with a customer service, telemarketing, or entry-level phone sales background who want to grow into a higher-earning financial services position. What you will be doing You will use company-provided leads to make outbound calls to small business owners, assess their debt situations, present debt relief solutions in a clear and consultative way, and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process. You will follow a company-provided script, work toward individual and team sales targets, and track your activity accurately. Daily call volume is approximately 250 outbound calls per day using a dialer system. You will also manage follow-up communication by phone and email and maintain accurate records of all client interactions. What we are looking for

Must-haves:
