Outbound Representative (Insurance Telemarketing)

A premier insurance agency in Boca Raton is seeking temporary support for an upcoming peak period. This is a dedicated contract position focused on handling high-volume client outreach and client enrollment.

Project Scope:

Client Acquisition:

Actively pursue and qualify provided leads.

Administrative Flow:

Manage and process enrollment documentation to ensure seamless onboarding.

Data Integrity:

Utilize the company CRM to maintain accurate records during the high-traffic window.

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service Call Center Experience, 2+ Years. strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.

• Utilize the company s CRM and lead distribution system accurately.
