Job Description:
We are a growing insurance agency specializing in health, life, and auto insurance, and we are looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Representative with sales experience and a strong desire to grow professionally and financially. We are seeking energetic, competitive individuals who are hungry to sell and succeed. If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads Sell health, life, and auto insurance products Follow up with interested prospects Meet daily and monthly sales goals Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the system Provide excellent customer service Work closely with the team to help grow the agency
Requirements:
Previous sales or call center experience required Insurance experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Motivated to earn high commissions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
