As Frontier continues to grow throughout the Tampa market, we're hiring a full-time Customer Connectivity Representative to support customer engagement, relationship building, and sales growth. This entry-level Customer Connectivity Representative opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build professional communication skills, gain hands-on sales experience, and develop a long-term career path. Every Customer Connectivity Representative works directly with customers, helping them understand available services while contributing to overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Connectivity Representative Responsibilities:
Meet directly with customers to discuss Frontier connectivity solutions and available service options Conduct in-person sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Guide customers through available Frontier services and promotions using a consultative sales approach Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Identify opportunities to generate additional sales through product recommendations and service upgrades Support overall sales growth by helping customers find solutions that align with their needs Track customer interactions and contribute to team sales objectives Work closely with fellow Customer Connectivity Representative team members and leadership to improve sales performance and execution
Customer Connectivity Representative Requirements:
Interest in developing a career in sales, customer engagement, or business development Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers in a professional setting Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, telecommunications, or sales is helpful but not required
