  • Performance Bonuses + Incentives Overview We are seeking motivated, results-driven Call Center Sales Agents to join a high-performance inside sales team.
This is a phone-based sales role where you will engage with prospects, build interest, and convert opportunities into qualified appointments or sales. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment , enjoy speaking with people, and want a clear path to higher earnings and career growth . What You'll Do Outbound & Inbound Sales Activity Make high-volume outbound calls using company-provided leads Handle inbound inquiries and respond in a timely, professional manner Engage prospects, build rapport, and create interest in products/services Lead Qualification & Conversion Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria Clearly communicate value, benefits, and next steps Set appointments or close sales depending on campaign structure Pipeline & Performance Management Track daily activity including calls, contacts, and conversions Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates What We're Looking For Preferred Experience Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Core Skills & Traits Strong communication and phone presence Ability to build trust quickly over the phone Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback and improvement Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and consistency We welcome trainable candidates who bring energy, discipline, and a desire to grow.
