We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Appointment Coordinator to join our team to support our Customer Acquisition Specialist on a part time basis! In this vital part time role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, orchestrating seamless scheduling and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. Your energetic approach will help drive business growth by managing appointments efficiently, fostering positive relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Duties Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, prospects, and internal teams using CRM software and scheduling tools Conduct outbound calling campaigns to warm leads, follow up on inquiries, and set up meetings for the sales team Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our services and expand business development opportunities Engage in sales conversations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to secure appointment commitments Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience Skills Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on appointment setting or business development Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines Knowledge of B2C sales processes, outbound calling techniques, and marketing strategies to generate leads and appointments Ability to handle inbound inquiries professionally while proactively conducting warm calling campaigns Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Customer service orientation combined with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals Join us as an Appointment Coordinator and become a key driver of our growth!
