Spanish-speaking bilingual , preferred. In this role, you will connect with warm leads (no cold calling) to introduce our transportation compliance services, qualify potential clients, and seamlessly hand off engaged, ready-to-buy prospects to our sales agents. Training Provided! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys phone-based communication, and excels at building rapport and overcoming objections. Key Responsibilities Contact and engage warm inbound and outbound leads —no cold calling required Conduct friendly, professional phone conversations to qualify client needs and readiness Clearly explain the value of our transportation compliance support services Address and positively overcome client questions, concerns, or objections Identify sales-ready prospects and transfer calls to a highly trained specialist Accurately log call activity and maintain CRM records Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance and transfer goals Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and phone skills with a confident, professional tone Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations Proven ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving forward Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
