Full Job Description Appointment Setter Location:
Libertyville, IL 60048
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday:
    8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM One evening shift per week: 12:30 PM
  • 9:00 PM At least one Saturday per month (multiple shift options available)
Pay:
$45,000.00
  • $65,000.
00 per year
Pay Rate:
Training pay provided, with base pay and commission opportunities after training. Additional pay differential available for Saturday shifts. High performers have the potential to earn significant annual income through uncapped commission opportunities. Job Summary Our client is seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This is a phone-based sales role focused on contacting warm leads from homeowners who have already requested information. The position involves building rapport with potential customers and scheduling in-home consultations for services. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment ideal for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day. Responsibilities Make outbound calls using an automated dialing system Answer inbound calls from interested homeowners Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs Schedule free in-home consultations with qualified homeowners Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments Meet or exceed daily performance and lead generation goals Work collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment Qualifications Previous sales or call center experience preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with high call volumes and working on the phone throughout the day Competitive, goal-oriented, and money motivated Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following industries are encouraged to apply: Inside sales or call center sales Insurance, mortgage, or lending sales Collections or commission-based roles Automotive or home improvement sales Telecom or membership sales Retail sales with commission (furniture, mattress, jewelry) Hospitality roles such as servers or bartenders with strong people skills
