Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help drive our business development efforts and expand our customer base. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our HVAC services and solutions Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, effectively communicating the value of our offerings Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop outreach strategies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, clarifying product benefits, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer interactions Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outbound calling techniques, and marketing strategies Ability to handle warm calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships Join us at
