Call Center Appointment Setter | Hourly + Bonus + Commission

Job Description Looking for a stable Monday-Friday position where you can earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses and commissions? Home Pro is expanding and hiring multiple Call Center Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Fort Wayne. This is an in-office phone position where you will contact homeowners from our customer database and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team. You are not responsible for selling products over the phone. Your primary responsibility is building rapport, creating interest, and scheduling appointments. No previous call center experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. As we continue to grow, we're investing in a brand-new call center and creating opportunities for motivated individuals who want to grow with the company.

Compensation Hourly Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Performance Bonuses Commission Opportunities Paid Training Performance-Based Pay Increases The harder you work and the more appointments you set, the more you can earn. Available Schedules We currently have multiple full-time shifts available: Shift 1 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift 2 Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Responsibilities Contact homeowners from our customer database Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team Build rapport and create interest during phone conversations Accurately enter customer information into our system Follow company scripts and procedures Maintain a positive and professional attitude Work with team members to achieve department goals Complete required paperwork and documentation Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable speaking with people on the phone Friendly and outgoing personality Reliable attendance Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in call centers, customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, collections, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
