As a Recruit Specialist I , you will focus on consistent outbound calls and emails to military recruiters to promote our specialized Recruit Program. Working fully on-site, you will manage CRM call lists, log outcomes, and build strong professional relationships. This role perfectly pairs goal-driven sales with relationship-focused service, offering a structured 4-level career progression path with built-in pay increases as you advance.

What You'll Do:

Conduct consistent outreach to military recruiters through outbound calls and emails to promote the recruit program Navigate and manage assigned call lists within the CRM platform daily Log call outcomes accurately, update recruiter and station data, and manage timely follow-ups and callbacks Meet clear performance goals and production targets while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude Collaborate with a supportive 15-member team to share best practices and contribute to a positive environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Driver's license required Experience with Microsoft office Call center experience strongly preferred
