The Customer Outreach Representative helps businesses discover the benefits of wireless devices and Business Fiber, using your sales skills to turn interest into investment. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will be trained on AT&T Business to ensure you comfortably master our sales strategies without needing a technical background. The Customer Outreach Representative will then interact with our clients to introduce AT&T Business tools, including ultra-fast Business Fiber and tailored cell phone packages. Every Customer Outreach Representative plays a key role in creating meaningful business relationships while supporting overall sales growth. Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Representative Directly introduce Cincinnati businesses to AT&T Business solutions tailored to support communication, collaboration, and customer engagement. Generate sales opportunities by understanding operational needs and aligning AT&T Business solutions with company priorities. Present AT&T Business Fiber, wireless plans, and voice services in a customer-friendly manner that emphasizes value and business continuity. Support prospective clients by addressing questions related to communication solutions, service options, and available business offerings. Build credibility with business leaders through sales interactions focused on long-term partnership and service satisfaction. Advance sales objectives by helping organizations transition to AT&T Business solutions designed for modern business environments. Represent 513 Business Partners professionally as a Customer Outreach Representative during client meetings and sales presentations. Contribute to team sales goals by building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Excel as a Customer Outreach Representative by combining professional outreach with effective sales results. Qualifications of the Customer Outreach Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passion for B2B sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience needed. Self-starter attitude with discipline to manage daily sales activities and client interactions. Reliable accountability in B2B sales roles, ensuring smooth client experiences. Positive demeanor that creates welcoming, professional interactions. Strong communication skills and the ability to succeed as a Customer Outreach Representative.
