This entry-level role puts you in direct contact with customers ready for better internet. The Verizon Agent's sales foundation here will open doors to sales strategy or account growth as they learn to convert interest into action. As a Verizon Agent, you will represent Verizon Fios connectivity services, helping our Middleboro customers access superior internet speeds. The Verizon Agent also identifies community connectivity gaps and provides the consultative support needed to help customers access the nation's most reliable fiber-optic speeds. What You'll Do as a Verizon Agent Lead in-person sales efforts for Verizon Fios, converting curiosity into successful sales through clear and engaging storytelling. Showcase the benefits of fiber-to-the-home technology, helping customers qualify for and enroll in the fastest internet speeds available. Highlight the superiority of fiber-optics over traditional cable, driving the sales of high-speed plans that offer unmatched uptime. Manage customer account setups with total accuracy, ensuring that every enrollment is handled with professional care and attention to detail. Provide service recommendations based on a customer's specific device count, leading to the sales of tailored data plans that actually fit their lifestyle. Act as a bridge between Verizon's world-class tech and the local community, ensuring that high-speed fiber becomes a reality for every neighbor you meet.
