In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in your community. All sales activities are conducted ethically, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust are at the forefront of your efforts. Duties Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective customers. Engage in warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Negotiate terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring high conversion rates. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-ups efficiently. Collaborate with team members on business development strategies and marketing campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales environments preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to persuade and influence others positively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques. Experience in telemarketing or technology sales is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet sales targets consistently. Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards business development.
