Position 1: Tort Law Call Center Representative Legal Intake / Case Qualification Specialist This role may be right for you if: ✅ You are compassionate, patient, and a strong listener ✅ You love helping people tell their story and feel heard ✅ You want a role where your conversations truly matter In this position, you will speak with individuals who may qualify for legal claims involving products or medications that caused injury, illness, disease, or death to themselves or a loved one.

What You'll Do:

Take inbound and outbound calls with potential claimants Ask guided intake and qualifying questions Collect accurate personal, medical, and incident details Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Document information clearly and accurately Follow compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards

You'll Succeed Here If You:

Communicate clearly and confidently Can remain calm and supportive during emotional conversations Are detail-oriented and comfortable following scripts Have call center, legal intake, healthcare, or customer service experience (helpful, but not required) Position 2: B2B Inbound Call Center Representative Business Compensation & Qualification Specialist (Inbound Calls Only) This role may be right for you if: ✅ You are confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers ✅ You love consultative conversations rather than hard selling ✅ You want an inbound role with commission potential In this position, you will handle inbound calls from business owners and authorized representatives responding to outreach regarding potential financial recovery opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls from business owners and company representatives Ask qualifying questions about financial loss and business impact Clearly explain available compensation or recovery options Maintain a professional, consultative phone presence Accurately document business and qualification information Meet quality and performance expectations

You'll Succeed Here If You:

Feel comfortable speaking with executives or business leaders Have strong listening and communication skills Bring inbound call center, B2B, customer service, or sales experience (preferred) Can explain complex topics in a clear, confident way Compensation & Benefits (All Positions)
