Overview We're hiring driven Fiber-Optic Sales Reps. Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people or simply just sick of someone limiting how much you make per hour? As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our Partners innovative Fiber-Optic services, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, build lasting business relationships, and drive business growth through proactive outreach. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills will help introduce solutions that make a real difference in people's lives, all while enjoying a rewarding and lively work environment/lifestyle. Duties Knock door to door consulting prospects internet situation. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain product features, benefits, and technical details clearly and confidently. Consult prospects and close sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, especially in B2B (business-to-business) or technology sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is highly desirable. Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques to identify new opportunities.
