Job Description

Inside Sales Representative - Lush Lawn and Safari Tree Our Inside Sales Representative for a Lush Lawn is responsible for generating and closing residential lawn care sales through inbound and outbound phone, email, and text outreach, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Essential Job Duties Sell lawn care and tree and shrub care programs to customers and prospects via phone, in person, and at trade shows. Become proficient in our 7-Step Lawn Care Program, Tree and Shrub Health Care Services, and add-on programs. Turn in completed sales lead work daily and communicate any customer issues to the Sales Director. Educate customers on best practices, products used, and expected results. Answer customers' questions about their service programs and provide solutions. Meet KPIs and exceed weekly sales goals Typical Work Environment Primary work setting: 100% in-office.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility during peak seasons (spring and fall) and occasional trade show work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications Communication:
Strong phone and email communication skills, with the ability to speak with customers throughout the day and respond to inquiries professionally.
Computer literacy:
Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Gmail).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year's tele-sales or door-to-door sales experience is preferred; however, experience is not required, as on-the-job training is provided.
Background check:
Ability and willingness to pass criminal and driving background checks.
Benefits & Compensation Pay:
Hourly wage plus commission, with typical weekly earnings ranging from $1,200 to $1,600,
