In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking funding. You'll work directly from our office, building relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs, and guiding them through the funding process from first call to deal close. This is a commission-only role — and the commissions are very competitive. Business funding deals can close fast, and the earning potential in this industry is unlike most sales roles. Your income has no ceiling here. What You'll Do Cold call business funding leads daily and generate new opportunities Build and maintain relationships with business owner prospects Conduct needs assessments to understand each business's financial situation and funding goals Educate prospects on available funding products and match them with the right solution Collect required financial documents and applications for underwriting submission Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently to move deals forward What We're Looking For Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a closer's mentality Some prior sales experience is highly preferred, but we're open to entry-level candidates who are genuinely hungry to learn and earn Mortgage broker or lending background is a major plus Excellent communication and phone skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Reliable and able to work full-time from our West Bloomfield Township office What We Offer Highly competitive commission structure with no cap on earnings A fast-moving industry where deals close quickly Hands-on training and mentorship Ground-floor opportunity with a growing company — real room to advance Supportive, team-oriented office environment This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
