We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Outreach Representative to join our team in a part-time, daytime role. This position focuses on contacting local businesses, following a proven script, and helping generate new opportunities for the company.This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, interested in marketing or sales, and looking to grow with a company long-term.
Schedule:
Part-time positionStart time between 8:00 AM 10:00 AM48 hour shifts depending on availabilityFlexible scheduling based on candidate availabilityKey Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to local businesses using a provided contact listFollow a structured script to communicate services clearly and professionallyWork toward achieving the desired outcome of each call (setting appointments, generating interest, etc.)Accurately track call activity and outcomesMaintain a positive, professional attitude on every callContinuously improve communication and outreach skillsRequirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable making high-volume outbound callsOutgoing personality and confidence on the phoneWillingness to learn and follow a structured processBasic organizational and tracking skillsReliable and consistent attendancePreferred Qualifications:
