Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a 1099 D2D Fiber Sales Representative and become a vital driver of our business development efforts! In this energetic role, you will actively engage with potential customers through direct-to-door (D2D) outreach, promoting our cutting-edge fiber internet solutions. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will help expand our customer base, foster strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while making a tangible impact on community connectivity and technological advancement. Duties Conduct outbound warm calling and telemarketing to identify and qualify prospective clients for fiber internet services. Engage in face-to-face door-to-door sales campaigns, presenting the benefits of our fiber solutions to residential and small business customers. Negotiate terms and close sales by effectively communicating technical features and advantages of our fiber products. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach, marketing campaigns, and relationship building within assigned territories. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that maximize engagement and conversion rates. Experience Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, particularly in technology or telecommunications sectors. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively. Familiarity with inside sales techniques, including outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies. Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and marketing efforts. Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
