Duties Conduct engaging door-to-door visits to introduce prospects to our products and services, emphasizing their benefits and features. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and secure commitments from potential customers. Leverage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-ups efficiently. Engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. Collaborate with team members on business development strategies and participate in marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and offering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself confidently while representing the company in various neighborhoods. Experience Proven experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles demonstrating strong communication skills. Familiarity with sales negotiation, technical sales, and business development strategies that drive results. Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product value propositions clearly. Prior exposure to outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. Knowledge of technology sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
