BONUS' Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional products and services where appropriate. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads and following up on potential sales opportunities. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, presenting our offerings and negotiating terms. Provide support in inventory management and control, ensuring product availability for customers. Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products at events or within the dealership environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and streamline processes. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Experience Candidates should possess a background that includes: Experience in customer service or retail sales environments. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and high-end sales techniques is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in automobile sales or dealership settings is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Skills in negotiation, cold calling, marketing strategies, and retail math will be beneficial for success in this role.
