In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers-engaging with homeowners over the phone, answering inquiries, and scheduling consultations for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team. Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system. Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address preliminary questions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure quality leads are booked. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company's brand and values. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting. High school diploma or GED required. Strong phone presence and clear communication skills. Personable, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance targets. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems preferred.
