Rio Rancho Hours:
Monday•Thursday | 3:00 PM•8:00 PM Friday | 2pm-7pm (25 hours/week)
Compensation:
$14/hour + Commission + Monthly Bonus Are you a motivated communicator who thrives on making connections? We're looking for an energetic and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential clients Set qualified appointments for our sales team Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience Meet daily/weekly goals for appointments set ✅
What We're Looking For:
Excellent phone and communication skills Positive attitude and team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, or call centers is a plus—but not required
