Dental Implant Appointment Setter / Lead Conversion Specialist

Job Description:

AVIVA Dental Implant Center is hiring a strong, experienced appointment setter to convert dental implant leads into scheduled consultations. This is a sales-focused phone position, not a front desk receptionist role. The right candidate must be confident on the phone, comfortable making outbound calls, skilled at following up with leads, and able to handle objections regarding price, fear, timing, financing, and shopping around. We are looking for someone who understands that follow-up, persistence, and strong communication are what turn leads into consultations.

Responsibilities:

Call new leads immediately Make consistent outbound follow-up calls Re-engage old leads Schedule qualified consultations Handle objections confidently and professionally Build trust with patients who may be nervous, embarrassed, or hesitant Discuss general pricing ranges and financing options Track every lead carefully in the CRM Confirm consultations and help reduce no-shows Meet daily and monthly performance goals

Required Experience:

Appointment setting, phone sales, or lead conversion experience Strong objection-handling skills Experience making outbound calls daily Comfortable being measured by results Ability to follow up repeatedly without getting discouraged Excellent communication and listening skills Professional, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
