As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests who have been calls to and from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. What You'll Do Promote and sell mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines. Apply the techniques learned during training to confidently address questions, overcome objections, and close sales. Share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers. Compensation:
Hourly base pay plus commission. Agents on average earn an annual salary of $65,000 a year or more!
Training Schedule:
Enjoy paid onboarding and 4 weeks training, held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
