Business Funding Phone Sales — $3K-$30K/Month for New Reps (Long Island City, NY) We're opening a new hiring class on our Long Island City floor and bringing on 50-100 Business Funding Sales Associates over the coming months. We're a direct capital partner to small businesses nationwide, funding deals through 100+ private lenders across 19 platforms — one of the top funding offices in the country.

The role:

You're on the phone with business owners, presenting funding, qualifying deals, and walking them through the application. Senior closers and underwriting work every deal alongside you — you're never out there alone.

The money:

100% commission, no cap. New reps typically earn $3,400-$40,000/month , depending on effort and how fast you ramp Our top producer made $90,000 last month and over $700,000 last year — he started as a delivery driver Plus residuals, monthly bonuses, and performance incentives The path: Junior associates can become team leaders within their first year . We feed the hot hand and build around the people who deserve it — produce, and you move up fast.
