Responsibilities:
Outbound Pipeline Building
  • Execute warm outbound calls daily to business owners Financial Discovery
  • Conduct fast-paced, targeted discovery conversations to uncover qualifications to our financial solutions CRM & Data Accuracy
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date logs of all calls, pipeline stages, and merchant notes within our CRM platform. Solution Pitching
  • Inform business owners on the speed, flexibility, and value of alternative financing options versus traditional, slow bank loans.
Experience:
outbound phone sales, cold calling, merchant cash advance (MCA) sales, telemarketing, or debt consolidation. Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to instantly build rapport. Resilience
  • A thick skin, a highly competitive spirit, and the mental stamina to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm.

High school or equivalent (Required)
