Job Type:
Full-Time Savoia Italy, a luxury jewelry brand inspired by Italian craftsmanship and timeless elegance, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling and email outreach Identify and qualify potential customers and retail partners Promote Savoia Italy's luxury jewelry collections Build and maintain strong client relationships Schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets Requirements ✔ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service ✔ Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and email outreach skills ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset ✔ Ability to build relationships and close opportunities ✔ Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, or retail sales is a plus ✔ Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Probation Period All successful candidates will be subject to a 1-month probationary period . During this period, employees will be expected to demonstrate their ability to meet company performance standards, follow company policies, procedures, and regulations, and successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Savoia Italy reserves the right to terminate employment during or at the end of the probation period if the candidate does not meet the required standards or company expectations.
