is leading commercial cleaning company. Our customers include commercial office buildings, day care centers, schools, nursing homes, medical facilities, and fitness centers. We're growing rapidly and looking for a driven, persuasive, and reliable Telemarketer to help us connect with potential clients and grow our customer base.

Summary:

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our maintenance services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and maintaining a positive brand image over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities. Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service. Explain our products or services. Enter information into CRM. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients. Calling existing customers. Customer service. Maintain records of customer accounts. Identify potential customers. Surveying customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous telemarketing or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone presence and ability to handle rejection professionally. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation.
