This position focuses on customer communication, account assistance, and helping individuals learn more about available internet and connectivity services. The Customer Sales & Enrollment Agent will work directly with customers to provide information about Kinetic Fiber services, answer general questions, and assist with the enrollment and account setup process. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for individuals interested in customer service, communications, and professional development. As a Customer Sales & Enrollment Agent, you will receive hands-on training focused on customer interaction, product knowledge, and account support practices. You'll help customers better understand available internet services while creating a professional and positive experience during each interaction. Responsibilities of the
Customer Sales & Enrollment Agent:
Meet with customers to provide information about Kinetic Fiber services and account options Explain available internet plans, features, and connectivity services clearly and professionally Answer customer questions related to service setup, account support, and enrollment processes Assist interested customers through registration and account setup procedures Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation Represent Kinetic Fiber professionally during face-to-face customer interactions Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer engagement efforts Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Qualifications of the
Customer Sales & Enrollment Agent:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, retail, hospitality, or support experience is helpful but not required Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Pay:
$62,303.96 - $75,032.72 per year
