The ability to speak both English & Spanish is preferred but not required.•Prior outbound call center experience is required A dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service. Basic computer skills Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet call quotas and targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections or rejections positively. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques and product knowledge.•Achieve set targets and make a high volume of outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 100 per day. Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating our products' features, benefits, and value. Utilize provided scripts and guidelines to deliver consistent and persuasive sales pitches. Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening skills. Meet and exceed individual and team targets, such as call quotas and conversion rates. Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads. Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve complaints or issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with our supportive team members and share best practices to optimize sales strategies and improve team performance. We believe in teamwork and are here to support each other. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance selling capabilities.
