Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce our products and services to prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods. Engage in warm calling and outbound calling efforts to follow up on leads and schedule appointments. Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, addressing customer questions with confidence and professionalism. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and maximize outreach efforts. Maintain a positive attitude, adhere to safety guidelines, and represent the company professionally at all times. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environments, especially telemarketing or inside sales roles. Knowledge of technology sales, CRM software like Salesforce, and technical sales processes. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product value propositions. Proven ability in customer service, business development, outbound calling, and marketing strategies. Ability to conduct warm calling effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
