Job Description

DR Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Verizon Sales Enrollment Agent to support customer outreach and enrollment initiatives throughout the local community. In this role, the Verizon Sales Enrollment Agent works directly with customers to provide information about Verizon Wireless and Fios services, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process. As a Verizon Sales Enrollment Agent, you will help customers better understand available Verizon products, review service options based on their household needs, and support a positive customer experience from initial interaction through account setup. Through ongoing training and mentorship, Verizon Sales Enrollment Agents develop communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills while working in a collaborative team environment. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Enrollment Agent Connect with in-person customers to discuss their home connectivity needs and present Verizon Wireless and Fios as the perfect solutions. Listen actively to customer needs and recommend Verizon Wireless or Fios plans that perfectly match their lifestyle and budget. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about Verizon services with clarity and empathy. Showcase the benefits of Verizon's bundled packages, like Wireless + Fios, to help customers save while enjoying premium services. Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities by highlighting the value of upgrading or switching to Verizon. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Verizon services and to explore additional ways to enhance their experience. Qualities of the Verizon Sales Enrollment Agent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment Ability to build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products, services, and customer engagement strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
