Green Eco Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Confirmation Manager to help drive sales and protect our appointment schedule. This is one of the most important positions in our company. You are not simply reminding people about appointments. You are protecting revenue. You are reducing cancellations. You are helping homeowners move forward with projects that improve their homes. The right person understands how to build rapport, overcome objections, create urgency, and keep appointments on the schedule.

Responsibilities:

Confirm appointments for our sales team Reduce cancellations and no-shows Rehash cancelled appointments Contact homeowners by phone, text, and email Confirm decision-makers are present Verify appointment details Update LeadPerfection CRM Work directly with management to maximize appointment volume Help generate additional appointments from unsold and aged leads

Compensation:

Starting Pay:

$20 Per Hour $250 Monthly Confirmation Bonus Sales Override Opportunities Paid Vacation Benefits Available After 90 Days Top performers in this position are currently earning $75,000+ annually through hourly pay, bonuses, and sales overrides. This is based on actual earnings, not a teaser compensation figure.
