Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our services through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive approach to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and schedule sales consultations. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. Experience Previous experience in telemarketing or technical sales is preferred. Strong ability to influence decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A background in business development or sales is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
