Entry Level Representative

SM Communications, a sales and consulting firm, is hiring an Entry Level Representative to meet Harrisburg customers and help them navigate Verizon FiOS Internet and 5G options. The Entry Level Representative delivers guidance, supports daily sales initiatives, and maintains a strong pipeline through attentive, relationship-driven engagement. As an Entry Level Representative, you'll receive training that explains Verizon FiOS internet and 5G, no confusing specs, just the simple truth: they work better. The Entry Level Representative will also learn how to guide Harrisburg customers through their options with confidence, then apply it all through direct customer driven and sales outreach. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Representative Engage customers in person, and frame FiOS Internet and 5G Home as simple, reliable upgrades that support strong sales outcomes. Supply senior sales consultants with organized enrollment packets and comparison tools that elevate residential consultations. Sustain customer satisfaction by coordinating warm follow‑ups that introduce relevant speed upgrades and whole‑home enhancements. Document customer interactions and territory updates to keep the broader sales team aligned across Central Pennsylvania. Represent Verizon with professionalism, translating FiOS Internet and 5G Home benefits into clear, relatable language. Highlight the value of reliable connectivity by helping customers understand how FiOS supports video calls, remote classes, and seamless entertainment.
