Job Description

SM Communications operates as a sales and development firm in Harrisburg, and we're adding a full-time Verizon Customer Representative to our team focused on Verizon FiOS. The Verizon Customer Representative meets customers, explains how FiOS fiber internet and TV bundles work, and guides them from curiosity to active service. As a Verizon Customer Representative , you'll be trained to balance customer support with Verizon Fios account setup and service guidance. You'll explain Verizon Fios features, address concerns, and provide clear direction to ensure satisfaction. This Verizon Customer Representative role offers opportunities for advancement, and success depends on establishing Verizon Fios as the preferred service for our customers. Responsibilities of a Verizon Customer Representative Connect with customers to uncover pain points like slow streaming, unstable Wi‑Fi, or outdated cable service, then position Verizon FiOS as the top‑tier fiber solution.
Showcase FiOS strengths:
speed, stability, multi‑device performance, through simple, lifestyle‑based demonstrations that resonate with busy customers. Strengthen customer confidence by highlighting FiOS's unmatched reliability, low latency, and whole‑home coverage in a clear, non‑technical way. Guide customers through plan options to help them choose FiOS packages that balance budget, speed, and device demands. Contribute to territory success by consistently driving awareness of FiOS upgrades and educating residents on long‑term fiber benefits. Deliver friendly, easy‑to‑understand explanations that help customers be excited and confident about upgrading to FiOS. Qualifications of a Verizon Customer Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Strong interest in customer engagement is a plus. Crushes daily performance targets by proving the value of 100% fiber-optic power. Radiates high energy to turn passing conversations into finalized Verizon enrollments. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
