Hours:
Approximately 12 hours per week Flexible Schedule Work days and hours are flexible between: Monday through Thursday Between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM The number of days per week and daily schedule can be arranged to fit both the employee and company needs. About Us US Systems Plus, Inc. is a professional janitorial and commercial cleaning company serving the Philadelphia area since 1991. We specialize in commercial cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas, and maintaining clean, professional environments for businesses and organizations. Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses and property managers Introduce our janitorial and commercial cleaning services Set appointments for sales representatives to provide cleaning quotes Follow call lists and maintain call records Communicate professionally and courteously with potential clients Help generate new business opportunities Qualifications Friendly and professional phone manner Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and office staff Basic computer and organizational skills Telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred, but not required Self-motivated and dependable Compensation $15.00 -to - $19.00 per hour Commission paid for leads that turn into active cleaning accounts Ongoing monthly commission for up to 6 months, as long as the account remains active with the company What We're Looking For We are seeking someone energetic, motivated, and comfortable talking with people by phone. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours and the opportunity to increase their earnings through commissions. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling within a technology or service-oriented industry Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and tracking activities This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales skills.
