Job Description

Are you a motivated, outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting with customers and building strong relationships? A leading manufacturer in the Reading area is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join its growing team.
Position Title:
Business Development Representative Schedule:
Monday-Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$21.63/hr

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using prepared call lists. Introduce, explain, and promote company's high-quality products to clients. Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities. Build rapport and handle objections confidently and professionally. Follow up persistently on quotes to convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system
Job Requirements:
2 or more years of business development, inside sales or cold-calling experience preferred. Strong communication and phone‑based sales skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
