Saturday Job Summary:

Are you confident on the phone, organized, and driven by results? We're looking for someone who can keep our sales and service teams booked solid by handling inbound calls and making proactive outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer communication and some type of sales, and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling sales calls, some leadership responsibilities and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging

• be their go-to problem solver! Handle incoming calls/book sales appts and follow-up with potential customers
• make them smile with your winning attitude! Maintain and update customer information in our CRM Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• we promise you'll never get bored! Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• teamwork makes the dream work!

Outbound calls to leads or existing customers Provide support to the sales and service team as needed Maintain virtual office organization and ensure a professional appearance Future MGMT possibilities

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer communication

• you're a pro! Some level of training in sales Strong organizational and time management skills
• we're talking ninja level! Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• you're a people person!
