In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador, connecting with potential clients through inbound calls, nurturing relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. Your proactive approach and persuasive abilities will help expand our customer base while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport. Engage in sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting appropriate technology or service solutions. Negotiate terms effectively to close sales and meet or exceed targets, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and maintaining positive relationships. Participate in ongoing training to sharpen telemarketing skills, stay updated on product offerings, and refine technical sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or telecom services ( Internet, security systems) sales is preferred but not mandatory; a strong desire to learn is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus; ability to understand technical specifications is advantageous. Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
